BUILT AROUND THE REPAIR ORDER

Less hunting.
More getting it done.

Bring the important details into the same workflow, so the next person can see what happened and what needs to happen next.

01 / WORKFLOW

A home for every repair.

Customer and vehicle details, concerns, service lines, approvals, and internal notes stay connected to the repair order.

02 / SCHEDULING

See beyond today.

Day, week, and month calendar views make upcoming appointments and shop workload easier to plan.

03 / INSPECTIONS

Show what you found.

Create inspection checklists and attach photos or videos to individual findings, with clear notes for the customer.

04 / SHOP SETTINGS

Make it your shop.

Configure shop details, branding, hours, pricing settings, and inspection templates in one place.

05 / REPORTING

Keep the work in view.

Review operational reports on repair orders, service activity, appointments, and shop performance.

06 / DIAGNOSTIC WORK

Keep the reasoning, too.

Preserve technician notes and inspection evidence alongside the job, so the repair story survives the handoff.

FOR THE WAY A REPAIR SHOP WORKS

A clear next step.
At every step.

Service OS is being developed by Shybes Automotive for independent auto repair facilities. The focus is practical: keep work organized and make the details easier to find.

  3. 03

    Move the work forward

Track services, status, and the technician’s notes.

  4. 04

    Keep the record

Bring the service history and evidence together.
